T.M. Enterprises is a division of TM Conference Services, LLC.  We offer conference management to organizations seeking a professional consultative relationship. 

Our remote production services can include the skills from our team of resource providers for the audio visual, communication and hospitality needs for both in-person and unique virtual conference experiences.

T.M. Enterprises is designed to provide conference and event management that is tailor-made to the needs of each client. 

Our conference proposal provides a listing of our standard services.  After consulting with each client, we are able to create a personalized contract, that asks for compensation for the services that are needed.

Terry Wessels

 

Terry Wessels, President, Owner of T.M. Enterprises, a division of Rockford Management Services, LLC.  T.M. Enterprises was established in 1996, 5 years after starting with Conference Services by Loretta Reif, to continue the conference service management for contracts that were serviced by the soon-to-be retiring Loretta Reif. 

In addition to the conference management work, Terry served from Feb 2000 - Dec 2008 as the Executive Director of the Catholic Book Publishers Association, providing professional management services to over 100 Publisher, Service and Individual members.  She continues to work with the Association of Catholic Publishers as the Event Manager for the 1st Annual Mid-Atlantic Congress for Professional Leadership - March 8-10, 2012 in Baltimore, MD.

Terry is a member of RCMA and is a past member of PCMA. She has also attended continuing education conferences such as RCMA and Rejuvenate as well as other professional development seminars and conference that address all aspects of  event management.  As an avid reader she received publications such as Convene, Meetings Mid America, Meetings West,  Corporate & Incentive Travel, Connect, Successful Meetings, Association Meetings, MC (Meetings and Conventions), Meeting News, along with several Catholic publications that are both in print and also digital subscriptions.

Serves at the coordinator of the Fresh Coast Film Festival - held the 3rd week in October each year in Marquette, Michigan. A documentary film festival celebrating the outdoor lifestyle, water-rich environment and resilient spirit of the Great Lakes & Upper Midwest. (2016-2021).

On March 20, 2020, Terry started a Facebook Group: Masks for Marquette along with a co-chair. Our mission was to provide quality hand-sewn masks for our healthcare workers, first responders, nursing homes, shelters, senior citizens, dental offices and everyone that is essential service workers from grocery stores to gas stations. After producing our first 20,000 masks by mid-May 2020 to Marquette County, we shifted our focus to create the 20,000 masks that will be needed by the K-12 schools in the county. The all volunteer group, has formed a community through the Facebook Group during the Michigan Covid-19 state of emergency, “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Coordinating with about 3000 group members and community needs has been the focus of the group.

Terry has served in the past as a volunteer, board member and officer of several organizations, including St Rita's Catholic School, Friends of Atwood (Rockford Park District) and co-chair of the Boylan Catholic High School Friends of the Fine Arts.  She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1979. She enjoys taking continuing education classes in areas from building design and construction to computer programming and website development.
